- Services must be paid in full 7 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund policy

- If a course is cancelled more than 1 days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 1 week accommodation

Once a student has booked a course with language bookings the student must complete and send us our online application form which can be found on the Apply Now tab
Fees must be paid 7 days in advance of the course start date, students can pay by Electronic bank transfer or PayPal
Once payment has been received we will send you an email with confirmation of your booking
Bank charges are the student’s responsibility
Our courses are extendable and transferable at the discretion of the management
