A standard group course in the morning thanks to which participants can make progresses in grammar, language fluency and comprehension. Each week 15 units in a group plus 10 units 1-to-1. The advantages of an one-to-one course in the afternoon tailored to the participant's needs and objectives. Individual lessons can be on grammar, conversation, reading, Business Italian, specific and technical languages, literature, art and arguments according to the participant interests.
All cultural activities offered by the school are already included in the course price. Each week patented tour guides offer to our students guided tour of Turin, visits to museums or special exhibition organized in Turin. Cooking lessons, cinema and many other special appointments are organized by the school according also to our students interests.

Terms & Conditions: Dialogo Language Services

- Services must be paid in full 7 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- Where a cancellation is received 15 days after enrolment there will be no refund.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund policy

Visa refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 200 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other terms

The school reserves the right to cancel any course, to modify the course calendar, the amount of units or to change the prices, on the basis of alternative solutions proposed to the clients, if the minimum number (3 participants) of students is not reached.
In case of withdrawal up to 30 days prior to commencement of course the advance payment will be completely refunded; between 29 and 15 days prior to commencement of course half of the advance payment, no refund in case of withdrawal from 14 days prior.
