Why book with LanguageBookings

You book your course at the school's own prices and pay only a deposit to secure your place; the rest is paid to the school. On top of that, you get:

A free eSIM with mobile data at schools without our discount

Some schools do not allow us to offer our discount. When you book one of them (you will see «Book with LanguageBookings and get» on its page), your booking includes a free eSIM with mobile data for your destination country (for example 10 GB, valid for 30 days, activated when you arrive). We send it to you by email, with its QR code, once the school has confirmed your place and the deposit has been charged.

• One eSIM per booking (not per course or per student).
• Only for bookings confirmed by the school with the deposit charged. There is no eSIM if the booking is cancelled or the deposit is refunded.
• The data allowance and validity are those of the provider's plan in your destination country. You need a phone that supports eSIM and is not locked to a carrier.
• If there is no eSIM coverage for your destination, we offer you a voucher of equivalent value instead.
• It cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
• At schools where we offer our discount, you get the discount instead of the eSIM.

What is covered

• The same course at the same school, with the same start and end dates.
• The same booking conditions (payment, cancellation and what is included, such as accommodation).
• A price that anyone can see and book, published by the school itself or by another agency or booking website. We compare it with the total you pay us for the course, after our discount.

How to claim Write to [email protected] with your booking number and the link to the lower price, or a screenshot showing the school, the course, the dates, the conditions and the price. Send it within 48 hours after you make your booking.

What we do We reply within 2 working days. If the claim is valid, we lower your price to the one you found: we refund the difference to the card or PayPal account you used for the deposit (or reduce the deposit still to be charged), up to the amount of the deposit. The rest of the course is still paid to the school.

Not covered

• Group, corporate, agent-only or members-only prices, and prices that need a login.
• Personal promo codes, vouchers and discounts that are not open to everyone.
• Offers that have ended or have no places left, and obvious errors in the price.
• A different course, dates, hours per week or conditions (for example a non-refundable rate).
