Cancellation policy
- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- Where a cancellation is received 7 days after enrolment there will be no refund.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
Refund policy
- Bookings may be cancelled up to 1 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee.
- If a course is cancelled more than 1 days before course start: 50% refund

The school's full Terms and Conditions are on its application form. According to the school's 2026/2027 price list and Terms and Conditions:
Registration fee: GBP 85 (required). It includes one course book, student ID card, up to two school letters, one certificate, level test and class placement. Subsequent course books must be bought (about GBP 35). Additional letter: GBP 15.
Part-time courses (2-4 days per week) are available from 5 weeks. Minimum age: 16. Maximum class size: 15 (Business English 10). Students start any Monday (day classes) or Tuesday (evening classes). Classes run subject to student numbers.
Exams (not included): London exam centre fees 2026 FCE GBP 215, CAE GBP 245, IELTS GBP 255, plus a GBP 25 registration fee.
Accommodation: the school helps with accommodation; the accommodation booking fee is GBP 60 and is non-refundable. Airport transfers: quote on request.
Cancellation (non-visa students): more than 14 days before the start, full refund of course fees minus the registration fee; 7-14 days before, 25% of the course fees is retained; less than 7 days, 50% is retained; once the course has started, refunds are at the Director's discretion. Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are paid within six weeks, by the same method used to pay.
Visa students: refund only if the visa is refused (refusal letter within 30 days); the administration fee of GBP 200 and the registration fee of GBP 85 are deducted. No refund if the student changes plans after the visa letter was issued.
By paying a deposit the student commits to the full length of the course; no refund of tuition fees for finishing earlier. Courses must be paid before they start. To keep a cheaper price bracket when extending, the student must tell the school within the first two weeks of study.
Holidays: no changes of course dates with less than 2 weeks' notice; students on courses of 7 weeks or more may take 2 weeks of holiday per 12 weeks of study (apply 2 weeks in advance); everyone takes the school Christmas closure (18 December 2026 to 4 January 2027) as holiday. Students booking 36 weeks or more take 2 weeks of holiday in June, July or August.
Bank holidays 2026 (school closed): 1 Jan, 3 Apr, 6 Apr, 4 May, 25 May, 31 Aug, 25 Dec, 28 Dec.
