The individual course is a tailor-made French course prepared by the teacher so that the student reaches the desired level of French and achieves his goal as efficiently as possible.
Private lesson allows you to work on specific points and respond to individual requests and needs (Lexical enrichment, grammar, in- depth phonetic study, professional needs, etc.)

All our staff are certified FLE teachers (Français Langue Etrangère) who have worked in different countries and are therefore experienced in teaching students with different cultural backgrounds. Both our teachers and administrative staff are here to help you settle in and get your bearings in Bordeaux. Amongst other things, we can assist you with finding accommodation, getting an internship and/or applying for a job.
We also have a library and a lounge room with an Internet connection, as well as a fully-fitted kitchen for cooking workshops.

- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 17 years of age or over
Cancellation policy
- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.
Refund policy
- Bookings may be cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee
- If a course is cancelled more than 10 days before the start date, the following charges will apply:

- 1 week tuition
- 1 week accommodation

Visa refusal
- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed more than days before the start date, the following charges will apply:

- The remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.
