Cancellation policy
- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
Visa refusal
- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 160 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.
Other terms
If you cancel your course prior to the first day of class, you will receive a full refund of all tuition charges minus your $100.00 deposit.
Except for course upgrades, if you change your course after the course begins you will be charged a $250 course change fee.
If you cancel your course after the start date of your classes, the first four weeks is not refundable.
