A one-week course (Monday to Friday, 20 hours, usually 10:00-14:00) exploring the historical, artistic and culinary evolution of Venetian culture. Each class has three parts: a historical introduction, a short seminar on works of art and their connection with the development of the local cuisine, and a practical cooking class with the school's chefs. Minimum level: A2 completed. 2027 dates: 15-19 March, 12-16 April, 17-21 May, 6-10 September and 18-22 October.

Student information
Students are expected to show up at school at 8.45 am on Monday to take the level placement test and balance the outstanding amount. On first day of first week of each session, there is a written and a spoken test, on other Mondays there is a spoken test only.
Students are given a welcome bag with the school logo, containing the student card with which they can get some discounts in bars, restaurants and shops near the school. Teaching material is handed out in class by teachers.

Cancellation policy
- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 30 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee

Visa refusal
- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 100 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.
