Levels: Beginner, Elementary - Level A1, Pre-Intermediate - Level A2, Intermediate - Level B1, Upper Intermediate - Level B2, Advanced - Level C1, Proficient - Level C2

18 hours a week of English classes, Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Five levels, each lasting 22 weeks: ESL Beginning, Intermediate I and II, Advanced I and II; your level is set by a placement test on arrival. This is the school's most popular course for first-time F-1 students. Two textbooks, about 100 USD, paid at the school.

Tuition: 660 USD for 4 weeks, 1,705 USD for 11 weeks, 3,190 USD for 22 weeks and 6,160 USD for 44 weeks (2027); tuition is paid at the school after the placement test. Classes run in 11-week sessions; after each session there is a 2-week school holiday (the last 2 weeks of March, June, September and December), which is not counted in the weeks you book.

With 18 or more hours a week, international students study on an F-1 student visa: Adams College issues the I-20. Fees for new students from abroad: application and placement test 150 USD and I-20 processing 100 USD (both non-refundable); the SEVIS fee (350 USD) is paid to the US government. Students already in the US pay 150 USD (transfer) or 150 + 200 USD (change of status).
