General Spanish at a relaxed, flexible pace: 4 hours a week in two sessions, combining conversation, grammar, vocabulary and listening, adapted to your level and progress. From 1 to 48 weeks; the weekly price goes down from 4 and from 20 weeks. Classes are in small groups (minimum 2 students). Timetable: morning sessions from 9:10 and afternoon sessions until 19:00, Monday to Friday; the school confirms the group and schedule after the placement test. Materials, placement test, progress tests, personal academic support, cultural activities and workshops, and the certificate are included; there is no registration fee. Students should arrive on the Monday of the first week; the school is in the historic centre of Valencia (El Carmen).

Cancellation policy
- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
Other terms
Cancellation by email. Students without a visa: cancellations made at least 7 full days before the course start date are refunded in full; with less than 7 days' notice, the amount paid is refunded minus the EUR 100 deposit; no refund once the course has started, except in cases of serious illness justified by an official medical certificate (a voucher for the unused hours, valid for one year). Students with a visa: the full course amount must be paid in advance for the acceptance letter to be issued; if the visa is refused (official refusal document required), the course amount is refunded minus EUR 500 administrative costs; if the visa is granted, no refund of the course or accommodation; a change of start date after the acceptance letter costs EUR 200.
Additional services (accommodation, activities, excursions, transfers, extra nights) are non-refundable once confirmed; if cancelled before the start, 50% is refunded, except activities already booked with third parties. The school may cancel a group if there are fewer than 3 students. Classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or they are lost. A minimum attendance of 80% is required for certificates. Shared apartments are for students aged 18 and over and require a deposit.
