Group course to refresh and extend your general French while keeping more free time: 20 lessons a week (15 hours), alternating every week between 8:00-11:15 (vocabulary and grammar) and 9:45-13:00 (grammar and communication). Small groups of 7 students on average (maximum 10). From 1 to 48 weeks; EUR 408 a week. Complete beginners cannot join the group courses (they can book an individual course). Students with an elementary level (A1) must start on these 2027 dates: 4 Jan, 1 Feb, 1 Mar, 5 Apr, 19 Apr, 3 May, 24 May, 7 Jun, 28 Jun, 19 Jul, 2 Aug, 16 Aug, 30 Aug, 13 Sep, 4 Oct, 25 Oct, 15 Nov, 6 Dec. Other levels start any Monday. Lessons last 45 minutes. General group courses take place in the morning. Classes are for adults only (minimum age 18 unless stated otherwise). Lessons that fall on a public holiday are not lost: they are made up during the same week. The school is closed from 18 December 2027 to 9 January 2028. Prices include 20% French VAT. A booking fee of EUR 72 is paid once per student (not charged again if you come back within the same year). The school does not use a single textbook: teachers choose and prepare the material, at no extra cost.

Complete beginners take an individual course; students with an elementary level (A1) start group courses on set dates; the other levels start any Monday. The school is closed from 18 December 2027 to 9 January 2028; lessons that fall on a public holiday are made up in the same week. Every student needs their own travel and health insurance. Booking: to confirm a booking the school asks for the booking fee (EUR 72), the accommodation placement fee (EUR 72, if the school arranges your accommodation) and 25% of the course and accommodation price; the balance is due one week before arrival, in euros. Through LanguageBookings.com, the deposit you pay us when booking is deducted from the price, and you pay the rest to the school. Cancellation (in writing): within 7 days of booking you can withdraw; after that, the booking and placement fees are not refunded. More than 28 days before the course starts: the 25% down-payment on course and accommodation is refunded; between 7 and 28 days before: the down-payment is not refunded; less than 7 days before: no refund of the total amount. In case of force majeure (medical reason or death in the family, with a certificate translated by a sworn translator) the school refunds everything paid except the booking and placement fees. Changes to a booking (course, dates or accommodation): EUR 12 fee. A course that has started is due in full and is not refunded, also in case of no-show on the first day. If you leave or change host family in the middle of a week, the whole week is paid to the first family. Hotels and residences have their own cancellation terms. Visa: if you need a visa, all fees must be paid before the school confirms; they are refunded if the visa is refused, except the booking and placement fees. Insurance: every participant must have their own travel insurance. Minimum age 18 (21 for the Executive and Business French courses); under-18s only in the Abitur/Matura course, with a release of liability signed by the parents. Complete beginners cannot join group courses (individual courses only); elementary level (A1) students must start group courses on the school's set dates. If there are not enough students of the same level for a group, the school replaces part of the group lessons with private lessons, self-study or lessons in a group of a slightly different level, as set out in its general conditions. Public holidays 2027 (29 Mar, 17 May, 14 Jul, 1 Nov, 11 Nov; 6 May is a normal school day): lessons are made up during the same week. The school is closed from 18 December 2027 to 9 January 2028.
