Other terms
A non-refundable enrollment fee of USD 50 is required to confirm the booking; it also serves as the reservation deposit and covers registration, the course book and supplementary materials. The place is not confirmed until this payment has been received. All payments made to reserve or pay for a course are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made (before arrival, after arrival or once the course has started); travel insurance is recommended. Group courses need at least three students of a similar level (maximum normally six); if there are fewer, the format is adjusted (Intensive: two students, three semi-private lessons a day; one student, two individual lessons a day; 50+: the two group lessons are replaced by one extra individual lesson). Minimum age 18; students aged 15 to 17 may be accepted with written permission from a parent or guardian and must stay with a host family arranged or approved by the school.
