Intensive Italian group course in Perugia: 6 lessons of 50 minutes a day, 30 a week, Monday to Friday, in groups of 4 to 10 students, with all levels from A1 to C2. Absolute beginners (A1) start only on fixed dates in 2027: 11 January, 1 February, 1 March, 3 May, 7 June, 5 July, 2 August, 6 September, 11 October, 8 November and 6 December. All other levels can start on any Monday. If only 1-2 students are enrolled at a level, a standard course is reduced to 2 lessons a day and an intensive course to 3; with 3 students, one lesson less a day. A certificate of attendance stating the level reached is given at the end. Textbook EUR 25 (purchase or loan); registration fee EUR 65, valid 12 months. The school is closed (lessons are not made up) on 1 and 6 January, 29 March, 2 June, 4 October, 1 November and 8 December 2027, and for the Christmas break from 20 December 2027 to 2 January 2028.

Lessons: Monday to Friday, 50 minutes each; 4 a day in the standard course (20 a week) and 6 a day in the intensive course (30 a week), in groups of 4 to 10 students. Standard courses are normally in the morning. All levels (A1 to C2) can start on any Monday; absolute beginners (A1) start on fixed dates (11 January, 1 February, 1 March, 3 May, 7 June, 5 July, 2 August, 6 September, 11 October, 8 November, 6 December 2027). At the end students receive a certificate of attendance with the level reached.

Cancellation and refund policy of the school (summary). Cancellations and changes must be communicated in writing by email; the date of receipt is the official date. The registration fee is never refundable, and payments are personal and cannot be transferred to another person. If the cancellation is received at least 15 days before the course starts, the balance paid is refunded except the registration fee and bank charges (or a credit voucher for a future course, at the school's discretion); with less than 15 days, the school may keep the deposit or the full amount paid. If a study visa is refused, tuition paid in advance is refunded less an administrative charge of EUR 150 and bank fees, on presentation of the original refusal letter at least 15 days before the course starts; if a visa has already been issued, there are no refunds or date changes. Once the course has started there are no refunds, credits or reductions for any reason (late arrival, early departure, absence or public holidays). A course can be changed to a more intensive one (paying the difference) but not to a less intensive one. If the school refuses an enrolment, everything paid is refunded within 30 days. Accommodation cancellations follow the same 15-day timeline and there are no refunds after arrival.
