Other terms
Cancellation and refund policy of the school (summary). Cancellations and changes must be communicated in writing by email; the date of receipt is the official date. The registration fee is never refundable, and payments are personal and cannot be transferred to another person. If the cancellation is received at least 15 days before the course starts, the balance paid is refunded except the registration fee and bank charges (or a credit voucher for a future course, at the school's discretion); with less than 15 days, the school may keep the deposit or the full amount paid. If a study visa is refused, tuition paid in advance is refunded less an administrative charge of EUR 150 and bank fees, on presentation of the original refusal letter at least 15 days before the course starts; if a visa has already been issued, there are no refunds or date changes. Once the course has started there are no refunds, credits or reductions for any reason (late arrival, early departure, absence or public holidays). A course can be changed to a more intensive one (paying the difference) but not to a less intensive one. If the school refuses an enrolment, everything paid is refunded within 30 days. Accommodation cancellations follow the same 15-day timeline and there are no refunds after arrival. Private transfers are paid directly to the driver; the school needs the flight details, the phone number and the destination address.
