English lessons (18 hours a week, maximum 16 students per class, average about 12, elementary to advanced) combined with an afternoon and evening activity programme and excursions in Cambridge and London. Homestay with a local host family in Cambridge in a shared (twin) room, with breakfast and dinner at the host's home. Students must be accepted by the school and arrive on the Sunday and leave on the Saturday of the course. The price is for the whole three-week package (20 nights): course, accommodation, meals as described, activities and excursions, and the free transfer on the course arrival Sunday or departure Saturday (see the transfer conditions); because the stay is three weeks, either arrival or departure falls outside the regular course transfer dates, so students pay for one one-way transfer (airport transfers are listed under transfers); the 50 GBP registration fee is added at booking. Ages are those published by Select English for 2027; the school can accommodate other dates within its summer programme, subject to availability (contact us). 13-year-olds can also be accepted when travelling in a group with a leader. Some optional activities carry an additional charge. Optional extras (paid to the school): English Academy 280 GBP per two weeks, Tennis Academy 165 GBP per week, Golf Academy 200 GBP per week.
