At Academia AIFP you can perfectly combine your holidays on the beach with a well organised Spanish course. As the school is situated in the very centre of the town you may not need any means of transportation to go to the beach, to enjoy night life, to study, go shopping, eat in restaurants or take a coffee in on of the huge number of cafes ansd bars. - Students must be 16 years of age or over
Cancellation policy
- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
Refund policy
- A cancellation fee of € 90 applies when a course is cancelled less than 4 week/s before the course commencement date.
- A cancellation fee of € 180 applies when a course is cancelled less than 2 week before course commencement date.
Visa refusal
- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 180 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.
Other terms
C: Cancellation: A cancellation has to be done by registered letter at least 2 weeks before arrival. If you cancel at least 4 weeks before your arrival date, the paid fees will be refunded minus a handling charge of 90 Euros. If you cancel at least 2 weeks before your arrival date, the paid fees will be refunded minus a handling charge of 180 Euros. At a later date, even if you never participate in the course, no refunds can be made anymore. If you need an invitation letter (for your visa), the
