ELTIVE courses include 10-20 hours tuition per week, two outings with your host family to local places of interest or sports activities per week, one group outing with all current students per week and an organised barbeque every Friday in Heart of the Sussex Countryside, that's four outings every week! courses are suitable for adults and children of any age and on our friendship courses we match you with people of your own age, ability and interests but, different nationalities.

- Bookings are not transferable.
- Students must be 11 years of age or over
Cancellation policy
- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
Refund policy
- Bookings may be cancelled up to 12 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee.
- If a course is cancelled more than 28 days before course start: 50% refund
- If a course is cancelled between 28 and 15 days before course start: % refund
- If a course is cancelled less than 14 days before the start date full price will be charged.
Other terms
A 25% non refundable deposit will be required at the time of the course booking. The final 75% of the payment must be received, in full, 6 weeks before the arrival date. If full payment is not received within the stated time the booking will become subject to cancellation.
Cancellations between 28 - 42 days of the course commencement date will incur a cost of 50 % of the booking fee. Cancellations between 15 - 28 days of the course commencement date will incur a cost of 75 % of th
