Levels: Pre-Intermediate - Level A2, Intermediate - Level B1, Upper Intermediate - Level B2, Proficient - Level C2
Standard Course (20 lessons a week, maximum 10 students) plus a Business Language workshop of 10 lessons a week in a small group (maximum 8 students): 30 lessons of 45 minutes a week. The weekly workshops cover business language, communication skills, job applications and interviews, sales and marketing and business negotiations. Available for 1 to 8 weeks. Includes the placement test and the Sprachcaffe certificate.

Student information
Apartments and studios are in the Club Village on the Sprachcaffe campus, shared with international students; host families live outside the campus. Accommodation runs from Sunday to Saturday and prices change with the season (low season until 20 March and from 24 October; mid season 21 March to 26 June and 15 August to 23 October; high season 27 June to 14 August 2027).
Meals can be added in apartments and studios, booked with the school: breakfast EUR 49, half board EUR 154 or full board EUR 259 per week.
Malta International Airport is about 11 km away (20-30 minutes by taxi or bus).

Course enrolment fee EUR 60; accommodation placement fee EUR 80. Letter of acceptance for visa purposes: EUR 50 (non-refundable). Textbook on loan at the school from EUR 10 per week (deposit EUR 35) or for sale. Exam fees are not included.
Changes requested up to 28 days before departure: EUR 55. Cancellation fees: up to 16 days before the start date 10% (max. EUR 250); 3 to 15 days before 50% (max. EUR 500) plus 1 week of accommodation; 1 to 2 days before 90% (max. EUR 1,000) plus 2 weeks of accommodation; after the course start 100% (max. EUR 1,200) plus 2 weeks of accommodation. Visa and courier fees are non-refundable.
Visa refusal: a refund, minus the non-refundable fees, is only possible if the official refusal letter is sent at least 15 days before departure.
If there are not enough students of the same level for a group, smaller classes with fewer lessons may be provided instead (standard 12 lessons, intensive 18 lessons).
The school is closed on public holidays (2027: 10 February, 26 March, 7 June, 8 September, 13 December) and from 20 December 2027 to 2 January 2028.
