OUR METHOD
Italian Language Lessons at Kappa are based on communicative-situational approach: grammatical content is associated to a daily conversational situation serving both as a motivating element and the lesson's aim. Original and purposely created learning material is often used, as well as movies, songs and multimedia. Kappa's Italian Language Courses are held by skilled Italian teachers (all with Siena University “DITALS” certificate for teaching Italian as a Foreign Language), entitled to prepare students for Italian Language Certificates (such as PLIDA) of all levels and profiles.
ITALIAN LANGUAGE COURSES
Our Italian Language Courses are held by young and qualified Italian Language Teachers and Tutors and are tailored for small groups of students (min 3 max 7) in order to encourage the communication and the practice of oral skills. The teaching method our Italian Language Teachers use is based on the most uptaded approaches (communicative-situational). Furthermore, at our Language School it is possible to take the exam in order to obtain the PLIDA Certification (for levels and dates please check the PLIDA website).

Terms & Conditions: Kappa Language School
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 18 years of age or over
Cancellation policy
- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
Refund policy
- Bookings may be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee.
- If a course is cancelled more than 14 days before course start: 100% refund
- If a course is cancelled between 13 and 1 days before course start: 0% refund
Visa refusal
- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed more than days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed between and days before the start date the following charges will apply:

- week tuition
- week accommodation
- The remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Conditions for intensive courses: if a minimum number of 3 students is not reached, at the same tuition fees, the tuition hours will change accordingly:
