Qualifications: CILS (Certificazione di Italiano come Lingua Straniera)
Levels: Beginner, Elementary - Level A1, Pre-Intermediate - Level A2, Intermediate - Level B1, Upper Intermediate - Level B2, Advanced - Level C1, Proficient - Level C2
The intensive courses are designed for groups of 5 – 10 students of a similar level and include lessons every morning and activities two or three afternoons during the week.

*An hour of lesson corresponds to 50 minutes.
NUMBER OF STUDENTS PER GROUP
From 5 to 10 people In case of differences within a single class, the school may decide to divide the class into smaller groups* and reduce the number of
hours as follows:
3-4 people: three hours a day
2 people: two and a half hours a day
1 person : one hour and a half a day
*Small groups usually do more intensive work in class: the students therefore reach the same level as those in larger groups.

DIDACTIC METHOD
Classes are conducted by professional teachers with experience in teaching Italian as a foreign language. Each student is catered for in accordance with his or her interests and needs. Particular care is given to the use of the language, oral expression, comprehension and the ability to express oneself in particular situations.
Instructional material includes manuals such as Progetto Italiano (Levels I, II and III)

Cancellation policy
- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.
Visa refusal
- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 200 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.
Other terms
Payment: the balance of the course fees must be settled before the starting date or on the first day of the course. Deposit (bookings made directly with the school): EUR 130, non-refundable; if you cancel or change the dates of your course, the deposit is not refunded but remains valid for a later course to be attended within 12 months of the cancelled or postponed course. Course registrations are not transferable to other students. Visa: once the study visa has been obtained, the course dates cannot be changed and the fee paid cannot be refunded; if the visa is denied, the fee paid is refunded, except EUR 200 kept for administrative expenses, once the school has received the original documents it issued together with the original refusal letter from the competent authority. A fee of EUR 2 applies for the electronic invoice. In the event of irregular attendance or interruption of the course by the student, no reduction of price will apply. School closures 2027 (from the school's 2027 list): national holidays on 6 January, 29 March, 2 June, 4 October and 8 December, and the Christmas break from 20 December 2027 to 3 January 2028. Courses for complete beginners start on fixed dates: January 4 and 18; February 1 and 15; March 1, 15 and 30; April 12 and 26; May 10 and 24; June 7 and 21; July 5 and 19; August 2, 16 and 30; September 13 and 27; October 11 and 25; November 8 and 22; December 6. Other levels can start on any Monday. There is no registration fee. Bookings made through LanguageBookings.com: the deposit you pay to LanguageBookings.com counts as your booking deposit, so the school does not ask for the additional EUR 130 deposit.
