Mini Group course is an excellent combination of Standard course with 5 or 10 extra lessons per week in a Mini Group class.
Mini Group class - in a class of maximum 5 students you will benefit from more individual attention from your teacher. Mini group course will help to improve your fluency in Russian language quickly and effectively in the shortest possible time.
Standard Russian course (20 lessons per week) covers all aspects of the language and aims to develop students' communicative efficiency in the shortest possible time. During this course students will acquire all 4 language skills: reading, writing, speaking, listening and the use of grammar. Teachers will use reading or listening to stimulate discussion and writing to consolidate the language practice.
Lessons take place from 9.00 till 12.30 from Monday to Friday and there are 2 study afternoons from 13.30 till 15.45 (Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday).
N/B: High season supplement applies from 22.05 till 25.09!

Russian Language Academy BORN is located in the heart of the capital of Latvia - Riga. Just across the street there is the National Opera House in one direction and the central train and bus station in another, a block away is the central building of the University of Latvia, across the park is the Old Town. The academy is also lucky to have a big shopping mall Origo nearby, where students may find everything the might need during their language stay: from stationery to restaurants and cafes.
Russian Language Academy BORN is located on the second floor of a historical building. It has 7 cosy classrooms, all equipped with necessary learning technology. It has a library and of course free Wi-Fi for students. Let's not forget the free tea! It's a small gesture, but it adds a cozy touch to the learning environment. Terms & Conditions: Russian Language Academy BORN
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over
Cancellation policy
- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 7 days after enrolment there will be no refund.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
Refund policy
- If a course is cancelled more than 7 days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- 1 week tuition
- 1 week accommodation
Visa refusal
- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 100 EUR + 200 EUR deposit Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.
