As part of partnership between IH Nice and a local cookery school, we are offering students the chance to learn more about the world-famous cuisine in France. Classes take place on selected afternoons during the week and must be booked in advance. The school has a friendly atmosphere and students are taught in small groups by expert chefs. They learn about many different aspects of French cuisine such as French food and different cooking materials. This is a full course with starter, main and dessert and wine tasting.
